Part of our Ignitra overview. Last checked October 28, 2026.
The Ignitra website run by the vendor is getignitra.com, and its order buttons lead to a ClickBank checkout, where 3 bottles cost $207 with free US shipping, checked October 28, 2026.[1] The earliest Wayback Machine snapshot of the domain is dated June 29, 2025. The site sells the product but never names the company behind it, so the checkout, not the sales page, is where your buyer protection comes from.
Which Ignitra website sells the real product?
getignitra.com is the vendor's own sales site, and ClickBank is the retailer that takes payment. Every package on the price grid opens a ClickBank order form on a clickbank.net address. Your card statement shows CLKBANK*ignitra plus the package name, for example CLKBANK*ignitra6bottle.
Third-party Ignitra sales pages also appear in search results. Some show a badge implying FDA sign-off. FDA does not approve dietary supplements before sale, so read that badge as a warning sign. Those pages list the same six ingredient names as the vendor. We do not link them. If a page asks for card details anywhere other than a ClickBank checkout, close it.
Our own links go to the vendor through an affiliate link and land on the same ClickBank checkout.
What do the facts show?
The vendor site is a working sales funnel with thin company details. Its support, terms, privacy and returns pages exist, but none names a company or a business address beyond a returns warehouse. Several pages carry leftovers from other products. The table lists what each page showed when we checked it on October 28, 2026.
| Page | What it shows | What it means for you |
|---|---|---|
| Sales page[1] | Six named ingredients, no amounts; price grid; 180-day guarantee; FAQ | No Supplement Facts panel to check |
| /support[2] | Email support@renewproducts.zendesk.com; phone numbers belong to ClickBank | ClickBank is the phone contact |
| /terms[3] | Generic template, footer Copyright Revaslim 2025, no company name or address | Seller identity not stated |
| /privacy[4] | Generic template naming Revaslim | Same unnamed operator |
| /shipping[5] | Return all bottles to 19655 E 35th Dr #100, Aurora, CO 80011, at your cost | The returns address is a fulfilment warehouse |
| /contact[6] | Unedited website template, "Contact Me" | Not a working vendor contact page |
| /faq, /refund, /label | Not found (404) | No separate label page exists |
Prices on the checkout
The ClickBank checkout listed these totals in the US, checked October 28, 2026: 2 bottles $158 plus $9.95 shipping ($167.95), 3 bottles $207 and 6 bottles $294, both with free US shipping. There is no single-bottle option. The 2-bottle card says "FREE Shipping!", but the checkout adds $9.95. It is a one-time payment with no auto-ship, per the vendor FAQ. Our Ignitra price and coupon page works out the cost per day.

Why the sales page can look different from link to link
The vendor runs several versions of its sales page, including news-style, video and text-letter variants, picked by a code in the link that sent you there. Direct paths such as /vsl, /order and /upsell return 404 errors. The news-style version we followed led to the ClickBank checkout and the prices above. A different-looking vendor page is not by itself a warning sign, but the order form should still be on clickbank.net.
How returns work on the site
The /shipping page sets the rules.[5] Every bottle goes back, empty, full or partly used, including bonus bottles, to the Aurora, Colorado warehouse within 180 days of purchase. A note inside must give your ClickBank order ID, name, address, email and phone. You pay return postage. The refund follows 3 to 5 business days after the box arrives, and international shipping fees of $30 per product are never refunded.
Claims on the sales page to read with care
The sales page shows a "Dr. Thomas Crane, Research Scientist" with no credentials, Harvard, Yale, Stanford and Columbia logos with no stated link to the product, and "127,000 reviews" with no platform named.[1] Its guarantee box mentions "transformation in your brain health", wording from a different product. A BBB search for Ignitra returned 0 results.[7] Trustpilot blocked our check, so it was not checked.
What should you check before buying?
Confirm where you are paying, what the refund rules say and what the label shows. These checks take a few minutes and can save a disputed refund later.
- The checkout address. The order form should be on a clickbank.net page. Do not pay on any other site.
- The refund window. ClickBank's checkout lists 90 days; the sales page says 180. File through ClickBank (clkbank.com, 1-800-390-6035) within 90 days.
- The return rules. The /shipping page requires every bottle back, empty or full, at your own postage, with your ClickBank order ID in the box.[5]
- Upsells. The vendor's affiliate page mentions extra offers after checkout. Decline any you did not plan to buy.
- The label. Read the Supplement Facts on the bottle you receive and see our Ignitra ingredients guide.
- Your health. Berberine is one of the named ingredients; see Ignitra side effects if you take diabetes medicines or are pregnant.
Our take
getignitra.com is where the vendor sells Ignitra, and ClickBank is the company that takes your money and handles refunds. The site itself gives little to go on: no named seller, no Supplement Facts, a template contact page and copy from other products. If you order, use a link that ends at the ClickBank checkout, keep your order ID and receipt email, and request any refund through ClickBank inside 90 days. Our is Ignitra legit check covers the seller in more depth, and Ignitra on Amazon or Walmart covers other stores.

Frequently asked questions
What is the real Ignitra website?
The vendor sells Ignitra at getignitra.com, and payment runs through a ClickBank checkout on a clickbank.net address. Third-party Ignitra pages also exist; if a page takes card details anywhere other than ClickBank, do not order there.
Who owns Ignitra?
The website does not name a company. Its terms and privacy footers say Revaslim, support email goes to a renewproducts address, and the phone numbers belong to ClickBank. Returns go to a fulfilment warehouse in Aurora, Colorado.
How do I contact Ignitra customer service?
Email support@renewproducts.zendesk.com, listed on the vendor's support page, or contact ClickBank at clkbank.com or 1-800-390-6035 with your order ID. The site's /contact page is an unedited template and does not work as a contact form.
Why does my bank statement say CLKBANK?
ClickBank is the retailer that processes Ignitra orders, so charges appear as CLKBANK*ignitra followed by the package, such as CLKBANK*ignitra6bottle. That is the expected descriptor for an order placed through the vendor's checkout.
Is the FDA badge on some Ignitra sites real?
No dietary supplement is approved by FDA before sale. The vendor's own badge says made in an FDA registered facility, which is not approval, and the facility is not named. Trust the label on the bottle you receive.
